Kustomsbyjay Return and Refund Policy

At Kustomsbyjay, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom mitts. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Custom products: Due to the personalized nature of our custom mitts, returns for custom items are only accepted if there is a defect in craftsmanship or materials.

  • Non-custom products: For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Process for Returns:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at kustomsbyjay38@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions for the return process.

Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed for items that are eligible for return as described above.

Process for Refunds:

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Custom mitts (unless there is a defect)

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

3. Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our Customer Service team at Kustomsbyjay.com with your order number and details of the issue.

4. Cancellations

Custom Orders:

  • Custom orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, custom orders cannot be canceled as they go into production.

Non-Custom Orders:

  • Non-custom orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Contact our Customer Service team at [contact@kustomsbyjay.com] as soon as possible to cancel your order.
