Kustomsbyjay Shipping Policy

At Kustoms by Jay, we strive to ensure that your custom mitts and other products are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below for more information.

1. Order Processing Time

Custom Products:

  • Custom mitts are made to order and require a longer processing time. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the design, approval, and production of your custom mitt.

  • Once your custom mitt is completed, it will be shipped according to the selected shipping method.

Non-Custom Products:

  • Non-custom products are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. Shipping options and costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

International Shipping:

  • International Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days

  • International Expedited Shipping: 5-10 business days

Please Note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and do not include order processing time.

  • Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and carrier delays.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you at checkout.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Shipping Insurance

We offer optional shipping insurance to protect your order against loss or damage during transit. This option can be selected at checkout for an additional fee.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our Customer Service team at kustomsbyjay38@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. Kustomsbyjay is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at your expense.

9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information on these charges.
